Welcome to Helios Floral. By placing an order or making a purchase through our website or studio, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
1. About Us Helios Floral LLC is a boutique floral design studio located in Salem, MA. We offer fresh floral arrangements, made-to-order custom designs, wedding and event florals, sympathy arrangements, and curated retail goods.
2. Orders & Payment All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. We accept payment through our website via all major credit and debit cards. By submitting an order you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Any applicable taxes will be applied at checkout.
3. Order Confirmation After placing an order you will receive a confirmation email. For made-to-order and sympathy arrangements, a member of our team will follow up within 24 hours to confirm details, timing, and any customization. Your order is not fully confirmed until that follow-up communication has taken place.
4. Cancellations & Refunds Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled pickup or delivery date for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled date are not eligible for a refund, as materials will have already been sourced for your order.
For retail items, unused goods in original condition may be returned within 7 days of purchase with proof of purchase. Sale and seasonal items are final sale.
We do not offer refunds for the natural variation inherent in working with seasonal, living materials, or for color variation within an agreed palette.
5. Pickup & Delivery Pickup is available at our Salem, MA studio during agreed-upon hours. Local delivery is available within our service area for an additional fee as listed at checkout.
Helios Floral is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect addresses provided at checkout, failed delivery attempts due to recipient unavailability, or circumstances outside of our control including weather or road conditions.
If your order is delayed or damaged due to circumstances within our control, please contact us within 24 hours and we will work to make it right.
6. Product Variation All floral arrangements are handmade using seasonal materials. Photos shown on our website are representative of our style and quality but are not guaranteed replicas — natural variation in color, texture, bloom stage, and composition is inherent to working with living materials and is not considered a defect.
For designer's choice offerings including Fresh Cuts, specific flowers and colors cannot be guaranteed and will vary week to week based on market availability.
7. Wedding & Event Contracts Wedding and event florals are governed by a separate contract agreed upon between Helios Floral and the client. In the event of any conflict between these Terms of Service and a signed event contract, the event contract takes precedence.
8. All original photos and content created by or for Helios Floral are the property of Helios Floral LLC and may not be reproduced without written permission. Photos credited to third-party photographers are used with permission and remain the property of their respective creators.
9. Limitation of Liability Helios Floral's liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services.
10. Privacy We collect only the information necessary to process your order and communicate with you. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties. For questions about how we handle your data, please contact us directly.
11. Changes to These Terms We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
