Helios Floral — Cancellation Policy

Standard Orders Orders for fresh floral arrangements, made-to-order customs, and retail items may be cancelled for a full refund up to 48 hours before your scheduled pickup or delivery date. Cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled date are not eligible for a refund, as materials will have already been sourced for your order.

To cancel a standard order, contact us as soon as possible at heliosfloral@gmail.com.

Wedding & Event Orders Wedding and event floral orders are governed by a separate signed contract. Cancellation terms for weddings and events are outlined in that agreement and supersede this general policy.

Floral Subscriptions Helios Floral offers recurring floral subscriptions for ongoing weekly or monthly arrangements. The following terms apply:

  • Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis as agreed upon at the time of purchase
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at [email] or [phone number]
  • Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before your next scheduled delivery or pickup date to avoid being charged for that cycle
  • Cancellations made within 7 days of your next scheduled date will be fulfilled and billed for that final cycle before the subscription ends
  • We do not offer partial refunds for mid-cycle cancellations
  • Helios Floral reserves the right to cancel or pause a subscription at any time due to seasonal availability, studio capacity, or circumstances outside of our control. In such cases you will be notified as soon as possible and any prepaid unfulfilled orders will be refunded

Pausing Your Subscription We understand life happens. If you need to pause your subscription temporarily, please contact us at least 7 days before your next scheduled date and we will do our best to accommodate a pause of up to 4 weeks. Pause availability is subject to studio capacity and is not guaranteed.

Modifications If you would like to modify your subscription — frequency, size, or budget — please reach out at least 7 days before your next scheduled date and we will work with you to adjust accordingly.

Refunds Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your financial institution.
