Helios Floral — Return & Satisfaction Policy
Fresh & Custom Floral Arrangements
Because flowers are perishable and every arrangement is made to order, we are unable to accept returns. However, your satisfaction genuinely matters to us. If your arrangement arrives damaged, differs significantly from what was agreed upon, or falls short of expectations, please reach out to us within 24 hours of receipt with a photo and we will make it right.
We do not offer refunds for buyer's remorse, color variation within an agreed palette, or the natural variation that comes with working with seasonal, living materials — these are part of what makes each arrangement unique.
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled pickup or delivery date for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours are not eligible for a refund as materials will have already been sourced for your order.
Retail Items
Unused retail items in original condition may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of purchase with proof of purchase. Items that are damaged, used, or without original packaging are not eligible for return.
We do not accept returns on sale items or seasonal goods.
Delivery
If your delivery is delayed or damaged due to circumstances within our control, please contact us within 24 hours and we will do our best to remedy the situation. We are not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect addresses provided at checkout or failed delivery attempts due to no one being available to receive the order.
