Helios Floral — Shipping & Delivery Policy

Local Delivery Helios Floral offers local delivery within our service area in and around Salem, MA. Delivery fees and available zones are listed at checkout. We do not ship nationally or internationally — all orders are fulfilled locally to ensure the freshness and quality of your arrangement.
Delivery is available on scheduled dates only. Available delivery dates will be listed at checkout and may vary week to week based on our studio schedule. For time-sensitive occasions, we recommend ordering as early as possible to secure your preferred date.
Delivery Windows We deliver between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM on your scheduled delivery date. We will do our best to accommodate specific time requests within that window but cannot guarantee exact delivery times. You will receive a confirmation when your order is out for delivery.
Recipient Availability Please ensure someone will be available to receive your delivery. If no one is available at the time of delivery, we will leave the arrangement in a safe, shaded location if possible and notify you. Helios Floral is not responsible for arrangements left unattended after a failed delivery attempt.
Incorrect Addresses Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. Helios Floral is not responsible for failed or delayed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at the time of ordering. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at [email] or [phone] and we will do our best to correct it before delivery.
Studio Pickup Pickup is available at the Helios Floral studio in Salem, MA. Your pickup window will be confirmed via email after your order is placed. Please pick up your arrangement within your confirmed window to ensure freshness. We are not responsible for arrangements that decline in quality due to delayed pickup.
Retail Items Retail items are available for studio pickup only at this time. We do not offer shipping on retail goods.
Damaged Orders If your arrangement arrives damaged, please photograph it and contact us within 24 hours at [email]. We will assess the situation and work to make it right.
